I have always been a fan of Audis and have wanted an Audi TT for as long as I can remember. I decided to pop into the Poole Audi showroom to have a look around at the cars on offer and was greeted by a salesman called Mark.
Mark was brilliant and made sure he found the perfect car for me (an Audi TT Roadster) and he ensured I got a good deal that suited me. I purchased my new car on the Saturday and picked it up on the Thursday. The whole process was quick and efficient, not compromising on quality of service. Mark and Danny built my TT on an iPad which was then synced to a tv screen so that I got to see the car before picking up it up, as it was in a different compound.
I was nervous about test driving the car and Mark was very patient with me, putting me at ease and allowed me to have a long test drive in another TT of the same spec to get a proper feel for the car. Needless to say, I loved it.
When I picked up my new car, it was beautifully displayed in a bright and airy part of the showroom and Mark fully explained all the controls and set up my phone with the MMI function of the car before I left.
The financial advisor explained everything clearly so that I understood it all. The hospitality was brilliant and we were always offered drinks and biscuits when we arrived to the showroom. The showroom is lovely and clean with everything laid out perfectly.

I was recommended to Poole Audi by a family friend who has, over a period of time, purchased more than half a dozen cars from Poole Audi.
I had seen on the Poole Audi website an S3 quattro they had in stock and decided to give them a ring to check it was still there - it was, and despite the following day being a Sunday, the salesperson was more than happy for me to come down and have a look.
Upon arrival I was pleased to discover that there was plenty of customer parking and the site was extremely clean and tidy, not a single item of litter in sight.
The used vehicles are arranged in such a way that it is easy to navigate your way around them and they were also all immaculately presented.
The showroom itself is also amazing inside, I was greeted at the entrance and offered refreshments (NOT from a vending machine I might add!)
and escorted to a very comfortable waiting area whilst waiting for my salesperson.
The car I had come to view had already been beautifully prepared and even had a sign on it with my name and the salesman's name (- a nice touch).
I was shown around the vehicle and then offered a test drive with plenty of opportunity to get to know the car on a variety of local roads.
Gary Light, the salesman, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer every question I put to him and he had the answers straight away.
He was able to accommodate the fact that I lived a considerable distance away from Poole and understood all the special requirements I had asked for.
Needless to say I bought the car, which totally lived up to it's expectations.
I'm now looking forward to going back in the near future. Bottom line, I will be very strongly recommending Poole Audi to anyone looking for a new or used car :)
Over the past 7 months we have ordered 8 number new vehicles from Poole Audi. Our experience was made so easy and smooth with the professionalism of the sales team and this proved fantastic. They listened to our needs and every car was tailored to meet the individual employees demands.
The hand-over experience was second to none. Having the car handed over in a private hand-over bay and the salesman going through every part of the car with the individual person was brilliant as it made our employee feel extra special. All our purchases were handled smoothly and without a hitch - from the start to handover.
We were kept informed at all times on delivery dates etc so the communication was really good at all times. I would highly recommend Poole Audi for their expertise and professional conduct as speaking from previous experience Poole Audi are a cut above other car dealerships.
I have used Audi in Poole now for the last few years for my Audi A3 and I have had services and MOT yearly with the company and any extras that need doing!
I have to say every single time I am extremely satisfied with the customer care and absolutely thrilled to bring my car to Audi, I am always treated as if I am royalty whenever I visit and always leave with a huge smile on my face and mind put at rest! Also if my car needed any extra work Audi always make time for it to be done on the day my car is there to save the travel and on one occasion I was given a courtesy car for couple days and I have to say I was thrilled! :) my needs are always met and the customer care is fantastic!
All the staff are fantastic and do there job so professionally and are so welcoming I honestly do take my hat off to them they couldn't be any more amazing!! I am indeed a 100% satisfied customer!

I am just writing to let you know that the car is awful, the new Audi building should be given to ford and I want my Renault Laguna back. Oh, and if I get a speeding ticket, I’ll be looking for reimbursement.
Haha, no. Seriously now. I haven’t bought a car from a “main dealer” since the 90s. It was a Vauxhall Cavalier, J plate and a couple of years old from Tice in Poole. All others since have been local and regional forecourts. I lost confidence with main dealers a long time ago when I found that every time my car went to a main dealer for a service or MOT, something just happened to need fixing or was a must have service item. Then there was the obvious price difference between Joe Bloggs up the road, local business or the Main Dealer. The main emphasis was on trying to grab the sale whilst interest was hot, the sale of additional services and not the actual car itself.

The whole whole experience (daunting experience I should say) of buying a car was made thoroughly pleasurable by the fantastic people at Poole Audi.
The care and attention paid to both myself and my partner was second to none. Considering how busy the guys were and continue to be; they made us feel like we were the first people to ever buy a car such was the level of attention that was given.

On Thursday 13th July, I purchased my new Audi TTS, I was very pleased with my last TT, and am looking forward to enjoying this one just as much. As with my last car, Simon Bignell actually sold this car to me. He is a very thorough salesman, very careful to make sure that I understood all the details concerned with purchasing, and also the workings of the car. He took some time to go through all the necessary details.
He is a very likable young man, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and Audi to my family and friends if they were thinking of changing their car.
