Meet the Team - Sean Wright
When did you start at Poole Audi?
I started working as a Service Advisor here in August 2021 and this is the first time I have worked in the automotive industry. Before I came to Poole Audi I worked at a well-known retailer for 7 years and have always enjoyed working with the public.
What’s been your favourite experience so far?
I was really touched to find out recently that I had been put forward for a recognition award. To be nominated by your peers for the work you do is such a great feeling.
What do you like most about your job role?
I get immense satisfaction from being able to help customers as much as I can. It’s great to hear their positive feedback and know I was part of their experience. It makes it all worthwhile.
Why Poole Audi?
Poole Audi is fantastic to work for. They offer great staff benefits but it’s the people here that make it for me. I feel very fortunate to be part of my team and this company.
The training is great and we always strive for the very best in customer service and satisfaction.
What is your favourite Audi and why?
The Audi RS 6 would have to be my favourite. It’s practical and aesthetically pleasing but also has the power and noise that I love. My family are big car enthusiasts and my brother also favours the Audi RS 6 as well.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I love football! I started playing football at 4 years old and have carried on since then. As I got older it became my passion outside of work and something I commit a lot of my time to. I was part of the Bournemouth Football Academy when I was younger and now I play part-time at a semi-professional level.
