Her most recent achievement is earning the Audi New and Used Car Sales Executive Accreditation with an impressive score of 95%. Although selling cars isn't part of her current role, Elle's accreditation showcases her extensive knowledge and skill in the field, positioning her as a valuable asset to the team.
Accreditation Process
Elle's accreditation process was rigorous, consisting of three stages. The first stage involved qualifying the customer to find an Audi model that met their needs. In the second stage, Elle performed a five-point presentation of the vehicles, including a walk-around in the showroom to highlight the features and benefits of each Audi model. The final stage required her to go through an offer sheet and close a deal. She received guidance from her colleagues and underwent a year of online training to prepare for the accreditation.
