Meet the Team - Aimee - Sales Admin Team Manager
We’re delighted to announce that Aimee, one of the driving forces behind our sales support operations has been promoted to Manager of the Admin Team, following her recent win of the Ocean Spirit quarterly award. This is a well-earned recognition of her dedication, professionalism, and the energy she brings to everything she does.
From Finance Administrator to Admin Team Manager
Aimee’s journey with Poole Audi began in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, when she joined as a Finance Administrator. After returning from maternity leave, she embraced the broader challenge when finance admin and sales admin merged. Rather than see this as an obstacle, Aimee took it as an opportunity, quickly learning new skills and familiarising herself with sales admin processes. That drive and adaptability laid the foundation for the role she now proudly holds. “The time I have worked at Poole Audi has helped me gain in depth knowledge and expertise in the role,” Aimee reflects.

“Although much of the work happens behind the scenes, the accuracy, organisation, and efficiency of administrative processes directly influence how smooth a customer’s journey feels.”
She aims to create an environment where every customer feels confident, valued, and well looked after. For her, this isn’t just about admin, it’s about service excellence.
